Day 1 of xxx

Well, it is finally official! After three years of Covid and design and just thinking about it - we have finally begun!! The movers came last Wednesday and Thursday and the demo started today! This is basically a whole house remodel where we are ripping up the floors. Hence the necessity to move out. The blessing out of that is that it forced us to do a lot of purging ahead of time. Nonetheless, it still took the movers all day to pack and another 3/4 of a day to load the truck. As soon as the movers had cleared everything out, Nan wondered why we needed to do a remodel?!?
