Last of the Cabinets Have Arrived!
After a long and unexpected delay, the last of the cabinets have arrived! Should be relatively quick work of things now…
Landscape Work Has Begun!
They are starting to tear out our front and back yards now. This will take at least 4 months…
Primary Bath Status
Most of the tile and the base cabinets are now installed in the primary bath. It is starting to look like it should…
Exterior Work
If you are just looking at the outside of the house, it looks about done now! But, not so fast. What has been done is the exterior painting, new garage doors, and stucco around the garage doors. No drama around the painting or the garage doors. However, a ‘touch’ of drama on the stucco. Apparently, someone couldn’t resist the feel of the brand new stucco and had to leave their mark on it - people!!
Backyard Deconstruction
As we’ve been trying to re-purpose as much as we can with our remodel, Nan’s cousin Al has a contact that wanted to use our backyard pavers. Since he was willing to put in the work to haul them out, it was a win/win situation. It took him a couple of weekends, but he has taken nearly all of the hard scape from our backyard to use on his projects - yeah!
